Introducing Oats to Baby

The 3rd ingredient I introduced her to was rolled oats cooked in water for breakfast. And guess what? She LOVED it!

To prepare it for baby, I cooked it to a thick mush – almost to the point of being overcooked. And then I added boiled water to make it less pasty, but made sure that it had enough lumpiness so that baby can enjoy the texture and mimic biting her food.
