Introducing Mung Beans to Baby

I mashed mung beans and added it to her oat porridge for breakfast and that was the 14th ingredient introduced to Ahalya. I also made a little extra and stored it for tomorrow.
Among so many legumes and beans, mung bean is one of the best you can offer your little ones. So, try and get them used to it soon. It is a great source of vitamins, protein and minerals.
Additionally, mung bean is easy to digest and very beneficial for your infant’s liver.

NOTE: If stored safely and hygienically, fruits, vegetables, yams and legumes can be stored in the refrigerator for 48-72 hours. But meats, poultry, fish and eggs must be used within 24 hours.
