Introducing Sweet Potato to Baby

I served Ahalya kaha bathala (26th ingredient) or sweet potato puréed together with wilted spinach and unsalted butter. Although it tasted a little sweet, her love for spinach made good.
Sweet potaoes are rich in carbohydrates but low in fat, and a great source of beta carotene. They are also rich in several essential nutrients such as potassium, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin B-complex.
In addition, sweet potato aids the healthy development of eyes, is full of anti-inflammatory properties and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
