Introducing Rulang (Semolina) to Baby

I introduced Semolina to my little one as her 66th ingredient to taste. The coarse, purified wheat middling of durum wheat (mainly used in making pasta and couscous), it is high in both protein and gluten (may cause allergies in some babies). I cooked the Semolina for Ahalya in water and coconut milk like porridge and she really liked it.
Locally known as Rulang, Semolina is a good source of vitamin E and B-complex vitamins, and contains potassium, iron, selenium and trace minerals such as phosphorus zinc and magnesium.
Semolina acts as an energy booster, I improves kidney function, promotes immunity, aids bone and muscle health, prevents heart conditions, remedies anemia and nourishes skin.
