Introducing Thalana Batu (Thai Eggplant) to Baby

I introduced Thai eggplant (8 months+) or Thalana Batu to Ahalya as her 74th ingredient to try, mixed in with the rest of her usual lunch.
Thai eggplant is full of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, niacin, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber and antioxidants.
This vegetable provides protection against heart disease and certain types of cancer, regulates blood sugar and aids digestion in babies. Thai eggplants also promote healthy hair and skin in infants and remedies coughs, asthma and other respiratory conditions.
